  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions For added flavor.

Preparation Ingredients

  • Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing For making the taquitos crispy.

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • Sour cream or additional buffalo sauce For serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch seasoning, cheese, and diced green onions. Mix until well-combined.

  • Grab a tortilla and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center. Roll tightly, enclosing the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Baking

  • Place the rolled taquitos seam side down on a greased baking sheet, ensuring there's space between each.

Serving

  • Let the taquitos cool for a minute before serving with sour cream or extra buffalo sauce for dipping.

Notes

These taquitos are not only easy to make but also a healthier oven-baked alternative to frying. Be mindful not to overfill the tortillas and ensure they are well sealed.
