Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until it is lightly golden.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Make the cookie dough filling
In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add the flour and sweetened condensed milk to the butter mixture. Stir until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Assemble the pie
Pour the cookie dough filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Add toppings
Top the cookie dough with more mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
For extra flair, use a chocolate bar to add shavings or chunks.
Chill
Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set. This will make it easier to slice and serve.
Serve
Cut the pie into slices and enjoy your delicious homemade S’mores Cookie Dough Pie!
Notes
Don’t skip the chilling step; this allows the pie to set properly and makes it easier to slice. Use softened butter to ensure the mixture blends smoothly. Don't overmix the flour, as this can make the dough tough.
